800 Nigerians Sponsored By Dangote To Study Refinery Operations In India (Photo)

Billionaire business mogul, president of Dangote Group and Africa’s richest man, has yesterday, sent about 800 Nigerians to India, to learn the operations of a petrochemical refinery.

A source in the multi-billion naira company, Dangote Group, has exclusively confirmed to TheCable on Friday that billionaire business mogul and Africa’s richest man, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, is sending about 800 Nigerians to India, to learn the operations of a petrochemical refinery, adding that the first batch to be trained will leave for India on Sunday, March 20, 2016.

It was learnt that the 800 Nigerians will travel to the Asian country over the next 24 months in a batch of fifties, to learn from the nation with the largest refinery in the world.

India is home to the world’s largest refinery, Jamnagar Refinery Reliance Industries, Jamnagar, which refines as much as 1.2 million barrels per day.

“About 800 will be trained in batches within 24 months. The first batch of 50 is leaving for India on Sunday,” the source said.

Dangote is looking to creating employment within the Nigerian economy, rather than importing expatriates to run the first private refinery in Nigeria.

The refinery, projected to worth $9 billion, is being built to have a refining capacity of about 500,000 to 650,000 barrels per day.

“After receiving a private licence to build a refinery, Dangote has commenced the building of a 650,000 barrel per day (BPD) petroleum refinery, which will be the single largest in the world.

“The refinery would have a larger capacity than all of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) refineries put together,” the conglomerate said in a statement more than a year ago.

Dangote, who hosted Godwin Emefiele, governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), at the site of the refinery in January, assured Nigerians that the refinery would be ready to meet the nation’s need by 2018.

I’ll Rebuild Nigeria For Our Children, Grandchildren – Buhari

President Muhammadu Buhari, on Thursday, reaffirmed his intention to rebuild Nigeria, including the volatile Niger Delta region that have been marked by several acts of violence and instability.

Speaking at the reception of delegates of Niger Delta Dialogue led by the Amanyanabo of Twon Brass, Bayelsa state, Alfred Diette-Spiff, at the state house, Abuja, the President vowed that Nigeria would utilise her resources appropriately.

He noted that his administration was studying the gazette on Niger Delta amnesty programme used by the former administration of Umaru Yar’Adua.

“We intend to rebuild this country, so that our children and grandchildren will have a good place they can call their own.

A lot of damage has been done, so I want you to tell the people to be patient,” he said.‎

“When you get together with other leaders, please pacify the people. We will utilise the resources of Nigeria with integrity and rebuild the country.”

Speaking on the Niger Delta amnesty, the President said, “I want to get as much intelligence as possible on the situation in the Niger Delta.

I have encouraged law enforcement agencies to contact leaders like you in order to have enough information to deal with the issues once and for all.”

Buhari sympathised with investors who had borrowed money to invest in the Niger Delta region and have been unable to make profits from their investment due to militancy.

He further charged the group to appeal to the militants to embrace peace and and allow government do its work.

Father Mbaka Denies Saying The President Had Slim Chances Of Survival

Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka, has denied saying President Muhammadu Buhari had a slim chance of surviving after he visited UK for a 10-day vacation which eventually turned 14.

Mbaka said he was misquoted and all he did was to pray for the President and every other Nigerian facing health challenges. The Priest spoke through his media Chief, Barr Ike Maximus Ugwuoke, saying;

“‎Our attention has been drawn to a report in a section of the media alleging that Rev Fr Ejike Mbaka the Spiritual Director of Adoration Ministry Enugu Nigeria said that the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari has slim chances of surviving from his ill health.

“The true fact is that there were media reports, making fuss about Mr President’s health and insinuating Mr President‘s slim chances of recovering from his ill health, published immediately the president went on vacation.
“Fr Mbaka referring to the said media report during his prayers for the sick in the ministry prayed with the worshippers of the ministry for Mr President’s healing and health after which there were lots of testimonies from the sick that were healed of blindness, elephantiasis, deafness, cancer, tumor and all other diverse healings at the end of the prayer session.”

He quoted Mbaka as saying: “They say the sickness is E.N.T. When it affects, the ear, it affects the nose and affects the neck. We pray for our President and any one that is suffering such a dangerous disease.

“We lift our healing hands for divine healing upon our president. Wherever he is, may he be healed in Jesus name.

“The doctors in Nigeria are nursing fear that he may not survive but we have a healing God. His name is specialist in impossibilities.”

He added that some ‎persons were nose-diving in the affairs of the ministry with a view to causing unnecessary rift between the ministry and the presidency.

IPOB Launches ‘Biafrexit’, Calls British Prime Minister An Hypocrite

IPOB today announced the launching of ‎’Biafrexit’ as its campaign slogan. Spokespersons of the group,‎ Barrister Emma Nmezu and Dr. Clifford Chukwuemeka Iroanya‎, who announced this in a statement made available to Daily Post accused British Prime Minister, David Cameron of exhibiting hypocritical attitude towards the Biafran course.

The statement was entitled: “There Must Be ‘Biafrexit’ In Line With The Just Concluded ‘Brexit’”.

It read: “The British Government, which is the closest ally of the Nigerian Government must, as a mark of exemplary leadership, guide Muhammadu Buhari and his colleagues to organize a BIAFREXIT akin to the recently organized BREXIT.

“The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) congratulates the Government and people of Britain for organizing the BREXIT vote and applaud the British Government for respecting the wishes of her citizens.

“However, it smacks of hypocrisy that the same David Cameron that initiated the BREXIT vote has been propping up the Buhari‘s Government in their murderous acts of suppressing the quest by Biafrans to exit from Nigeria. This leaves Biafrans to ask if David Cameron’s hypocrisy is because Biafrans are blacks and if black Africans are inferior to white British people?

“Why does David Cameron think that what is good for the white British people is not good for the black people of Africa especially Biafrans? Mr. David Cameron, in organizing BREXIT is taking advantage of the rights of people to make their choice.

“But in denying Biafrans the right to choose their own nation, David Cameron is telling Biafrans that they are inferior because of the colour of their skin. David Cameron is directly telling Biafrans that because they come from an inferior race, they do not deserve to exist as a nation of their own choice.”

“There are indications that Scotland will restart their agitation for separation from Britain and both David Cameron and his would-be successor will not stop them nor will they roll out tanks and other lethal weapons to mow down the Scots like the British-supported Nigeria has been doing to Biafrans.

“We have to re-emphasize here that self-determination is a right that must be exercised by all free people. Even Donald Trump, the presidential candidate of the Republican Party in the USA tweeted on the 24th of June, 2016 that ‘Self-determination is the sacred right of all free peoples.’

“By blocking the self-determination efforts of Biafrans through overt and covert supports to Muhammadu Buhari, is David Cameron telling the world that Biafrans are still in slavery despite the abolition of slavery in 1833?

“IPOB has also observed with keen interest the consistent British Government’s official policy of not supporting any Christian nation that needs support for independence or that is going through any form of internal/external aggression.

“On the other hand, the British Government has always supported a Muslim nation against a Christian nation in any conflict just as they supported the Muslim-dominated Nigeria to carry out genocide against a Christian Biafran nation between 1967 and 1970.

“While IPOB is not against the religious inclinations of any nation, we do note with concern the British Government’s penchant for supporting Muslim nation against a Christian nation.

“We also note the faulty argument by David Cameron and the British Government that they do not want to alter the pre-independence territorial integrity of Nigeria. But this same territorial integrity of Nigeria was tampered with by the ceding of Bakassi to Cameroun. We recall that in 1982 Britain went to war with Argentina over the Falkland Islands but this same Britain never supported Nigeria to prevent the ceding of Bakassi to Cameroun and this distortion of the pre-independence territorial integrity of Nigeria is the same excuse used by Britain to continue to keep Biafra under Nigeria.

“From the success of BREXIT, we call upon the incoming Prime Minister to work with Buhari to speedily organize BIAFREXIT.

“In addition, we warn the incoming Prime Minister that failure to probe the criminality of Buhari against the Biafrans will make Britain culpable in the re-enacted 21st century Biafran genocide.

“It is unfair and hypocritical that the British Government will allow free expression of the wishes of her citizens, while on the other hand supporting Buhari in his brutal mass-murder of Biafrans who are exercising their God-given freedom to determine their nationality.

“We believe that the days of slavery are gone and the black race should not be treated as an inferior and expendable race.

“The time has come for BIAFREXIT and Britain must support it.”

A girl has been left in pain after a failed breast implant forced her breast to ripple, sag and cause her unbearable pain.

A woman has cried out for help after living with rippled, sagging breasts after a doctor placed her 700cc implants over the muscle.
She’s now begging doctors to fix her chest, which is painfully weighing her down. But, doctors are unsured if they can help her case. The woman who appeared on E! reality series Botched, was told by Los Angeles-based surgeons Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow that they are unsure if they will be able to help her.
Melissa experienced serious pains, rippled and sagged breast after the botched breast enlargement surgery
The woman identified as Melissa has been going through pains since the botched operation.
‘Look how thin that skin is. Look how stretched out it is, and look at the nipple position,’ Dr. Dubrow tells Dr. Nassif in a preview clip from the episode.
The two doctors are looking at pictures of Melissa’s botched breasts on an iPad before her consultation, and Dr. Nassif isn’t even sure what he is seeing at first. “I originally went for a lift and maybe a little volume,”Melissa explains.
She then says she told her previous doctor to“make sure” her boobs are “big.”
“I woke up he goes, ‘Well there was problems,’” Melissa reveals. “He’s like, ‘I couldn’t get them under the muscle, I decided just to fill them up as big as I can and I just put them over the muscle.’ And that was it.”
The doctor ended up putting 700cc implants on top of Melissa’s muscle!
“They hurt, they itch, they are wanting to get off my body just as much as I want them off,”Melissa explains.

1. Get Rid of Addictions:
If you were a subject of substance abuse before, it is very important that you get rid of all the prior addictions like smoking, alcohol and drugs before you conceive and deliver. There is no excuse or minimal threshold limits of tobacco or alcohol for a safe pregnancy.Drinking, smoking and drugs have harmful effects on the growing foetus, sometimes leading to stillbirths and miscarriages.
2. Make sure that your cravings are mostly for healthy foods.
It is useful to stock up your refrigerator with good food groups such as dairy products, and protein rich foods. Meat and vegetables.Eating home cooked food makes a lot of difference in the way your baby grows inside your womb.Stay away from street foods laden with spice and oils. They cause no real benefit and lead to more damage to your digestive system.
3. Bid Goodbye to Caffeine:
That sounds harsh. True, but this is the truth you will have to live with if you are addicted to an early morning and daily coffee.

4. Balanced meals, regular workouts and meditation with Yoga – these are some of the perfect options for you while you are pregnant.
Eating right should be the focus and not eating in excess. Those every day workouts keep your body flexible and fit for an easy delivery and the meditation helps calm your senses. You will need help with extra peace as hormones are set to take a toll on your emotional state.

This makes a significant impact on the well being of both you and your baby. If you had a history of clinical depression in the past, it is crucial that you explain the same to your gynecologist.

10 Benefits Of No Sex Before Marriage

In this days of sexual waywardness & promiscuity there are alot of benefits that one should note,of no sex before marriage; and I’ll like to point out some to save some few.
1.Hiv
Well today we have more people living with HIV than we had in the time past due to information/vaccines. Abstinence will prevent you from communing such diseases/virus as this.Cuz in the case of marriage, tests are carried out before consummation but casual relationships are based on beliefs and one could have lied about their status.
2.Break Ups
It is easier to walk out of a relationship with no sexual interaction, than one which has;and that’s very true, especially for the ladies .
My cousin once lost the guy she was supposed to marry, she cried for many nights but she moved on more quickly since there was nothing physical between them.So for the sake of a safe heart you might want to abstain.
3.Sampling
This one is more for the guys, once a guy starts having sex before marriage there’s tendency he might want to test all waters before marriage, leading him to a dip abyss. My friend lost his virginity to his girlfriend last year,to cut the long story he’s turned to something else since then.
4.Less Cases
You hear cases of rape and sexual abuses every day.If only these people where practising abstinence, there would have certainly been a reduction of such cases.
5.Marriage complications/Divorce
The truth is those who held it till marriage are more likely to have less complicated marriage as opposed to their fellow contemporaries.
When there’s abstinence there’s trust because you believe if she isn’t giving in to you;she certainly isn’t giving it to someone else. Although a cheat is a cheat whether they are giving it to you or not; but genuine abstaining partners build much trust on fidelity with their spouse.
When one abstains before marriage he/she as no room to compare their partners sexual prowess with their ex’s there by reducing sexual tension.”No man wants you to compare him with you ex no matter what” hence this does alot of salvaging since you have no one to compare him to.
6.Draws you closer to God
Take it or leave it those who abstain are more likely to get closer to God. It doesn’t make them better than you,but certainly helps them in their walk; Since they are hardly thinking about sex unlike you.
7.You save Money
Sounds silly right, but morning after pills and sexual preventives don’t come in cheap especially flavoured condoms.
8.True Love
It is very easy to find your true love when there’s no sexual relationship. Most times when sex is introduced in premarital relationships it clouds your judgement to be able to see things ” the way they are” most especially for the ladies.
9.Prevents death
Most ladies die while trying to do an abortion, but abstinence will prevent such; also alot of innocent babies that are killed and dumped into the bin, would have been saved.
10.Helps you focus

10 Financial Decisions That Keep You Broke and poor

Most people have no clear direction on how to manage money. They buy things they don’t need, mortgage their way through a lot, and fail to believe in their personal ability to liberate themselves from afinancial fall. These negative beliefs and attitude towards money keeps over 70% of the population in every country in the lower ranks of the economy, with a heavy dependence on their various governments.Living paycheque to paycheque and clearly not having a plan on how to manage your finances will leave you broke, month-in month-out.Rather than looking out for quick loans, payday loans, or searching for how to make money online or offline, you should realign your focus and place it on first changing your attitude towards money. When you understand how to manage your current income, reshape your beliefs, and make good financial decisions, your personal net worth would befar from broke.
1). I Don’t Have What It Takes:
This is probably the greatest reason many people remain broke or never succeed in life. Before they even try, they negate themselves, and go even lower in their ranks. The belief in one’s self and ability is the first step to making your dreams come true. If you cannot visualize yourself in that status, you’d never draw upa plan to get there.Irrespective of whatever you may have been through in life, a superior belief in one’s self than in anything else is crucial to your overall success. If you want to stop being broke and positively shape up your finances, begin to see yourself where you want to be, and do whatever it would take to get you there.
2). Money Can’t Buy Happiness:
The second a broke person joins the band wagon of people saying money can’t buy happiness, you’d know they’ve probably given up trying, and are trying to console their weak attitude towards solving their money problems. Also avoid listening to this same phrase from the rich. They may have it all, be able to spend on vacations, luxury cars, and may have experienced critical problems money can’t solve, but that doesn’t give them the right to stop you from changing your financial mindset.A wealthy person who tells you money can’t buy happiness can still cry in his/her Mercedes. Where would you cry in if you had the same predicament as them? A public bus?No matter how they place it, facing your problems from a wealthy stance trumps any other situation. If you’re serious about changing your financial status from a broke state, you need to start realising that money can make you happier in some ways.Remember,“money can’t buy happiness, but poverty can’t buy anything!”
3). Choosing To Mortgage Rather Than Pay Cash:
When a person who’s capable of buying out a certainitem chooses to pay installmentaly over a long periodof time, a large financial mistake has just been made.Mortgage-like payments are silent financial killers. They’re constant monthly reminders that you’re not the real owner of what you’re paying for (yet). This doesn’t just put your finances in a fix, but also makes it difficult for you to have some savings or investments, especially when your monthly income is low.Knowing that you could take just a little sum of your money to make monthly payments, makes a mortgage seem stress free, but by the third month and comparing the number of your other financial obligations, you realise you having nothing left to yourself.Another common disadvantage of mortgaging (depending on the financial institution providing it) is,the property or item you acquired could be reclaimedfrom you, or the interest rate could be highly increased if you default on your payments for a period of time. For example, if you’ve being paying the mortgage on your house for the past 12 years, and defaulted heavily on several repayment terms (usually on a non-payment for three months and more), all the payments done through the years would go to waste, and you could be left without both a refund and a house. If you’re serious about owning a property, car, or whatever you wish, buy out if you can. But if you can’t, plan a long term acquisition model that would work better for you, than mortgaging your way through it.
4). Increasing Your Standard Of Living With Every Income Rise:
With every income rise of most people, their standardof living follows suite. These individuals live in the moment with their better statuses and forget that they are always one signature away from losing their jobs. When your income rises, the logical step is to use your additional income to increase your asset base, while you maintain your current lifestyle, or make it alittle bit more modest. If your standard of living keeps rising exponentially with every salary raise or higher income earned, youcould be back to square one after many years of financial ignorance.
5). Trying To Keep Up With Your Rich Friends:
Your colleague drives a new car to work, your neighbour buys the SUV everyone has been talking about, and some of you friends post photos of their luxury vacation to Thailand. The fact they are lookinglavish and having all the expensive fun makes you feel entitled to it. But it shouldn’t.The habits of the world’s most successful people before they got to their status, never involved spending most of their savings on trying to impress people. Instead, their lifestyles never drew any attention to them till their wealth could no longer stay hidden, and began to speak for itself.Never follow the crowd. You can cheer them on their luxury cruises, while you create the experience the crowd pays for. Someday, their hard earned money would be going instead, into your own pockets, and you can live your life however you choose without the fear of a financial breakdown.
6). Buying Brand New Vehicles Instead Of Used:
When you’re still a middle-class or lower-class citizen, buying a brand new car is a total waste of money. There are used cars that are priced far lower, and still look almost as good as the brand new model.People who buy brand new cars mostly put up the argument of not having to spend on repairs and several other issues a used car may encounter, but forget the second they paid for the brand new car, it’s value immediately depreciated.Buying a brand new car is equivalent to throwing out $100 from your window every week for the next few years. Eventually, it’s value becomes worthless.Your best bet as a person trying to change your financial situation is to only purchase good-looking used cars, and drive it till your finances have greatly improved, together with some valuable assets attached to your name. Doing this places part of your financial decisions on a positive route to gettingyou out of the rat-race.
7). Spending Your Future Today:
When you spend the profits your business generatesbefore reinvesting it to multiply itself severally, the financial illiteracy exhibited wouldn’t just keep you broke, but would ensure you don’t own a business eventually.Profits are meant to be reinvested over and over again. Where you reap from your investments at the beginning stages should only be from monthly allocated salaries. If you spend your future today before they have a chance to mature and prove their worth, you’d nevermake it to the fast track.
cool. You Don’t Make And Stick To A Budget:
Budgeting is one of the most disciplined approach to ensuring you never exceed your expenditure mark. It’s like a finance 101 course which you must pass before you move on to the next year. Despite it’s importance, most people don’t stick or keep to a budget.By thinking you don’t need a budget and assuming all your expenses can be controlled without one, your financial status wouldn’t eventually experience a meltdown, but would be coupled with some form of financial hardship.Sticking to a properly planned budget will help you know where your money problems are coming from, and how you can improve to positively affect your finances.
9).You Have No Emergency Fund:
An emergency fund can be termed as a sum accumulated over a period of time through part-savings, only to be used on the rainy days. When you need urgent cash to solve emergency problems and realise you have none or don’t have enough, it simply shows you have no emergency fundin place. The wealthy always have something set aside to save them from a financial disaster. They keep those funds separated, so their financial future and status can be maintained. If you cannot make good financial decisions like cultivating the habit of setting up an emergency fund for your unplanned events, then you may neverbreak out of your financial bracket.
10). You Don’t Pay Yourself First:
This is one of the top reasons many people end up broke or poor. By paying yourself first, you put at least 10% of your income in a separate account to beused for future investments, emergencies, and other purposes. Before you make financial decisions on how to spend your income, first take out a portion of it and place it in a savings account that must remain untouched till a viable business opportunity crops up.Paying yourself first before any form of expenditure is one of the smartest financial decisions you will make as a person.

The Director General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Brigadier General Suleiman Kazaure has urged corps members from different tribes to inter-marry.

He said it was as an avenue of boosting national integration.

General Kazaure made this remark when he visited the 2016 Batch A (Stream II) corps members undergoing their orientation programme.

He noted that the essence of the scheme was to ensure national integration, which would bring the desired unity in the country.

“I wish to see you intermarry within the orientation period to enhance national integration, as this would be achieved through adequate bonding in the camp.

5 Strong Reasons Why Post UTME Must Be Scrapped (See Here)

This is a Post that discuss the Disadvantages of Post UTME and why it should be Scrapped off.

Read below:-

In our time it was strictly JAMB , if you score high, the higher your chances. Though there was malpractice then, JAMB has improved today especially with Computer based testing introduction.

I have wards who passed through the PUME process, which is significantly different from our time, for example, now many schools do not invite second choice for their screening and this is at variance with JAMB procedure. I am also an insider of sorts in the PUME process, and I’ll use the Uniben scenario to give reasons why PUME is illegal and must be scrapped and defaulting schools prosecuted.

1. Post UME infringes on the sole power right of Jamb/UTME to give admissions

If you go through the JAMB act, it states that only the body has the right to conduct exams after charging fees, give undergraduate admissions, carryout placements in Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges of Education. The universities are only supposed to send their requirements and preferences. The only exception is Post graduate admissions. But today Universities charge another amount , sometimes higher than JAMB’s to conduct a parallel exam clearly defying the act, and give admissions using methods known to no one else. Uniben announced admission screening fee of 2000 and optional 1000 for past questions. But the reality is that, processing Uniben PUME/ ASE 2016 costs 3550. There is no option there, it just displays this amount and asks for MasterCard/Verve details.

2. Secondly, Post UME is not transparent, it is even more fraud prone than JAMB

CBT has greatly reduced fraud, eliminating text message answers, buying answers online and impersonation. We now have biometric check in and check out, and CBT even makes the exam easier to invigilate as candidates are forced to stare at their screens and nothing else. A bonus is the availability of system calculator which wasn’t totally available in the era of pencil test.

BUT Pume is not even standardized, no preparation syllabus, some schools purposely set questions from A-Level just to be wicked and reduce number of successful people, others are known for giving very little time. And at the end they just send admission notification without pasting any list publicly and denying some admission even after surpassing the JAMB cutoff.

3. Post UME introduces avenues for special candidates getting better courses

Special candidates refers to Royal father’s recommendees , governor’s candidates , VC’s candidates, staff children and state of origin waivers etc These sets of people would score less than others and must get admitted , in many cases get their course of choice.

In Uniben, to enter the college of Medicine, staff kids have their cutoff 10marks below regular cut off. So while a normal candidate aims for 70, they’ll aim for 60. After taking the number of staff kids they want, the rest is filled with merit and government/royal candidates. And they all wrote the same JAMB. And the non staff candidates who fall under 60 < x < 70 are pushed to pharmacy and Life Sciences.

That is one reason why they do not release cutoff before results, as they need to fit in their people first and adjust and that’s why majority of the post ume era medical graduates are children of doctors and professors; Not because Medicine runs in their veins but because corruption runs instead. There have also been reports of score upgrade in different schools including UNIBEN.

And That is what gives rise to fraudsters, result checkers and predators who take advantage of candidates giving them fake admission. And the school waits till final year exams before publishing lists of fake students, meanwhile they’ve been collecting school fees from 100L.

4. Post UME destroys the JAMB score

For instance , someone who scored 280 in JAMB would have his score divided by 8 giving 35 and this will be added to half the PUME score. Another person who scored 240 would see his score transformed to 30.. only 5 marks difference. Assuming the second guy scores 70 in PUMe and the first guy scores 60, after dividing by two and adding to both Jamb scores, the two aggregate scores would be equal! The PUME now more weighted than JAMB. That’s why it is possible to “pass 220 and not enter school”.

One would expect that the PUME score is the one divided and transformed after all it is the illegal exam!

5. PUME makes it difficult for Jamb to monitor admissions

An admission body that is relegated in its own game. One would expect that at this time parents would clamour for schools to start pasting their admission lists with raw scores attached. not a case of someone with 53 given Law and another person with 65 reading Foreign languages when they both put Law as first choice.

Jamb is still a major exam that can never be replaced by the schemes of money-for-grades lecturers.

Some may argue that Jamb scores are lower than students expect. This is because of Item Response Psychometric testing method, which is why people talk about negative marking etc. This method does not aggregate all the questions gotten correct, instead questions carry different marks depending on the set difficulty and depending on how many people answer that question.

And PUME has seen schools flooded with kids without emotional intelligence and they can’t fend for themselves, they rush through and pass out and it doesn’t even seem like they went to school.

Drop your comments Nigerians.

As Buhari Lands In Nigeria, Fayose Gives Him Welcome Attack

PRESIDENT Muhammad Buhari has declared that he is fit and ready to assume position as Nigeria’s President.

Buhari, who earlier travelled to the UK to treat ear infection, said he was okay and can even wrestle with anyone.

The President was received by Zamfara State Governor, Abdulaziz Yari; Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello; members of the Federal Executive Council, top government officials, federal lawmakers and service chiefs, among others in Abuja airport on Sunday.

On arrival, Buhari inspected a guard of honour mounted by men of the Guards Brigade.

“You have seen me. You saw me when I was going. You can do the assessment yourself.

“I am okay. You can see me inspecting the guard of honour. You can see I am taller than you. Do you want to wrestle with me? You can do so,” Buhari said.

Meanwhile, Ekiti state governor, Mr Ayodele Fayose has told the President Mohammadu Buhari led All Progressives Congress (APC) to stop harassing his government  by threatening functionaries of the government with arrest and looking for how his election was funded, declaring that; “my election was not funded with public fund and President Buhari and his APC should also tell Nigerians how their own elections were funded.”

Addressing journalists in Abuja on Sunday, June 19, Fayose said; “Certain top functionaries of the Ekiti State government and some important members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ekiti State, and some associates of mine, have now been pencilled down for arrest and indefinite detention by the EFCC under the guise of investigating the funds spent by the PDP on the June 21, 2014 governorship election and the Presidential election.”

He disclosed that “some politicians from Ekiti state, including an Ekiti born Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) and self-professed human rights activist and a special adviser to the Vice President are involved in the plot being coordinated through the office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation and the Attorney General of the Federation.”

He said the game plan was to make those to be arrested get detained indefinitely, forced them to make statements incriminating him, while at the same time feeding the public with orchestrated fake reports,
using their usual media organs.

The governor however advised those behind the plot “to keep their gun power dry and should not be in a hurry, but rather, wait till the end of my tenure in 2018.”

He challenged the EFCC to tell Nigerians why it was silent on the many petitions submitted to it against APC leaders, especially former governor of Ekiti State, Dr Kayode Fayemi.

Meanwhile, Fayose has revealed how his predecessor, Kayode Fayemi, who is now a minister in the cabinet of President Muhammadu Buhari plunged Ekiti state into debt.

Fayose revealed this after he could no longer pay workers salary and pension of retirees in the state.

In a breakdown of Ekiti state allocation form the federation account from December 2015 to May 2016, Fayose said the APC government of Kayode Fayemi did not pay May, June and July 2014 Cooperative and Unions Deductions.

“I’m Okay”, Buhari Says On Return To Nigeria

Amid claims by the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, that President Muhammadu Buhari is still ‘critically’ ill and will continue his ‘secret’ treatment in Aso Rock Presidential Villa, the president has declared himself fit.

The president made this known on Sunday evening, shortly after he returned to Abuja, the nation’s capital, following the end of his 10-day vacation in London, the United Kingdom.

President Buhari, who was in London to rest and treat a persistent ear infection, arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja at about 5.35pm.

On touch down, the president inspected a guard of honour mounted and later spoke briefly to State House correspondents.
When asked about his state of health, Mr. Buhari said: “You have seen me. You saw me when I was going. You can do the assessment yourself”.

“I am okay. You can see me inspecting the guard of honour. You can see I am taller than you. Do you want to wrestle with me, you can do so”, President Buhari added.
